• To provide AI-generated content detection services.
• To maintain your scan history (for registered users).

3. Data Retention

Uploaded media is processed in real-time and is not stored permanently. Scan results and metadata are retained based on your plan:

• Free plan: no history stored.
• Pro plan: 90 days.
• Enterprise plan: 365 days.

4. Third-Party Services

We use third-party AI services (such as Hive AI) to analyze media. Your uploaded content may be sent to these services for processing. These providers have their own privacy policies.

5. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by WayForPay. We do not store your payment card details. All payment data is handled securely by the payment provider.

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. You can also delete individual scan history entries from your dashboard.
