IsItFake provides AI-powered detection of artificially generated images and videos. Our service analyzes uploaded or linked media and provides a verdict on whether the content appears to be AI-generated.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use IsItFake only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures.
• Use the service for automated mass scanning without an appropriate plan.
• Reverse-engineer or exploit the detection algorithms.

3. Accuracy Disclaimer

AI detection technology is not perfect. Results are probabilistic and should not be considered definitive proof. IsItFake provides confidence scores to indicate the reliability of each analysis. We are not liable for decisions made based on our detection results.

4. Plans & Billing

• Free plan: 5 scans per day, no account required.
• Paid plans: billed monthly. Cancel anytime.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. API Usage

API access is available on Pro and Enterprise plans. API keys are personal and must not be shared. We reserve the right to revoke API access for abuse.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload. By using our service, you grant us a temporary license to process your content for detection purposes only.

7. Limitation of Liability

IsItFake is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of our service or reliance on detection results.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
